Synopsis: The Department of Veterans Affairs- NCO-8, San Juan, Puerto Rico, intends to issue a delivery order against existing LC/FEDLINK Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) #: LC11G7403 with EBSCO; as agreed, for the VA Caribbean Healthcare System-Library Service, San Juan, Puerto Rico. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL BE PUBLISHED for this Delivery Order. All clauses and provisions on this procurement pertain to Solicitation VA101-12-R-0042 published on January 23, 2012. NO telephone calls will be accepted. Written responses should include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability.
