- This is an AWARD NOTICE, that the 902d Contracting Squadron, JBSA-Randolph AFB, TX awarded the Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for general construction to include maintenance, repair, alteration, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, demolition, painting, paving and earthwork with a performance period of five (5) years on 23 January 2013. Performance locations may include base facilities, military housing and tenant organization facilities located within Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA). The Performance/Price Tradeoff source selection procedures were used. Delivery Orders will be written against the IDIQ contract until either the maximum project ceiling amount has been expended or five (5) years from the date of contract award has been exceeded, unless sooner terminated under the terms of this contract. The applicable NAICS for this requirement is 236220 with the size standard of $33.5M. This procurement was limited to the 8(a) San Antonio Small Business District.
