Description
DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to procure a state-of-the-art, light weight, dust and water resistant portable laser tracker kit. This includes a compatible ruggedized laptop with highly flexible, instrument-independent, traceable 3D graphical software. It is the government ™s intent to award to a single contractor responsible for integrating all components that together make an entirely compatible system. This solicitation will be issued as a commercial RFP in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15. The solicitation will be 100% set-aside for small business. The applicable NAICS Code is 334513. The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Immediate Maintenance Facility, Bremerton, WA. The solicitation number for this requirement is SPMYM2-13-R-0013. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for download on or around 08 February 2013. The closing date of the solicitation will be on 07 March 2013 at 2:00PM Pacific Local Time, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. The RFP will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link at https://www.neco.navy.mil and will also be available for download at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The requirement will utilize low -price, technically acceptable evaluation. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, no telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. Firms interested in submitting offers must: 1) complete the pricing, 2) complete all representation and certifications found in the solicitation, 3) provide manufacturer information of proposed items, and 4) ensure current registration in the SAM (System for Award Management) System.
