Requirement for mission critical location U.S. GOVERNMENT The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Riviera Beach, FL, that will be expiring. The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Riviera Beach Delineated Area: Port of Palm Beach Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,685 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,685 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 52 Parking Spaces (Surface): 52 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 52 Full Term: 120 (60) Months Firm Term: Twenty (24) Months Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Located on premises of the Port of Palm Beach to meet regulatory requirements. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. An approved JOTFOC (justification for other than full and open competition) will be posted in accordance with regulatory requirements.
