AMC: 3R 7. P/N: 3214706-9-1 8. Application (Engine or Aircraft): B-2 9. Description: This item modulates compressor discharge air from the APU to the level required by the ATS. It interfaces mechanically with the ATS via the downstream (scrollmounted) sensing port, and electrically via the control solenoid and torque motor. 10. Total Line Item Quantity: BEQ - 9 each. 11. Destination: SW3211, Tinker AFB OK. 12. Source: CAGE/CAGE: 59364, HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL 13. Required Delivery: 9EA, 31 Dec 2013 14. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. To: HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources. It has been determined to be uneconomical to buy the data or rights to the data. It is uneconomical to reverse engineer the part. This code is used when the Government did not initially purchase the data and/or rights. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
