- Procurement Summary/FedBizOps Advertisement with Delineated Area Map General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: Location: Silicon Valley, CA-San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mountain View Delineated Area: North: The San Francisco Bay to Highway 237 at Guadalupe River to N. 1st St. South: El Camino Real to The Alameda to S. Montgomery Street to Bird Ave to I-280 East: N. 1st Street to E. Hedding St. to 5th Street West: San Antonio Road The delindeated area map is attached to this advertisement and will be made available upon request. Minimum Sq. Ft.(ANSI/BOMA Office Area): 35,869 Maximum Sq. Ft.(ANSI/BOMA Office Area): 39,854 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years •Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, security, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain. •Space shall be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, and professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. •The offered space must be on two vertically contiguous floors. The space will be designed and constructed to meet tenant improvement program specifications. When constructed, the space must achieve certification of LEED for Commercial Interiors-Certified level at a minimum. •The space shall be located in a modern quality building of sound and substantial construction in good condition and acceptable to the Contracting Officer (CO). If not a new building, the space offered shall be in a building that has undergone, or will complete by occupancy, modernization or adaptive reuse for the space with modern conveniences. •A commuter rail, light rail, or subway station shall be located within the immediate vicinity of the building, but generally not exceeding a walkable ½ mile. Alternatively, two or more public or campus bus lines usable by tenant occupants shall be located within the immediate vicinity of the building, but generally not exceeding a walkable ½ mile. •A variety of inexpensive or moderately priced fast-food and/or eat-in restaurants shall be located within the immediate vicinity of the building. Other employee services, such as retail shops, cleaners, and banks, shall also be located within the immediate vicinity of the building. •A minimum of 138 parking spaces must be commercially available within a walkable ¼ mile. •Columns must be at least 20 feet from any interior wall and from each other, and be no more than 2 feet square.
