Description

PR No: 0045869500; this solicitation will contain 1 NSN (5826-01-602-1457) for a Beacon, Radio. This solicitation will be for a firm fixed price, definite quantity contract for a quantity of 324 each. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, other than full and open competition. There is one approved source of supply: Signal Engineering (0EX24). This is a Foreign Military Sales item. The FOB point is Origin, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. The required delivery for is 139 days ARO. A subcontracting plan and certified cost and pricing data will be required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress payments will not be utilized because the conditions of FAR 32.5have not been met. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price and past performance. The anticipated issue date is 4 February 13, ( with a closing date of March 4, 2013), anticipated award date is 29 Mar 13.
