- Actuator; System: AH 64 A/D Input NSN: 1680-01-158-0891 Input P/N: 7-311D10018 Input NSN: 1680-01-269-7284 Input P/N: 7-311D10018-3 Output NSN: 1680-01-269-7284 Output P/N: 7-311D10018-3 QUANTITY: MIN 167 - MAX 1281 FMS QUANTITY: 214 The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The listed NSN is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Maintenance and Overhaul shall be done in accordance with Depot Maintenance Work (DMWR) 1-1680-369 dated 26 January 2004 to include all applicable Maintenance Engineering Orders (MEOs) and AMCOM Engineering Directives (AEDs). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. Small Business Firms that recognize and perform maintenance and overhaul on the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides is restricted to U.S. small businesses; therefore, foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. It has been determined that the Government's needs cannot be met by items available in the commercial marketplace; therefore, FAR Part 12 will not be used. Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required. The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment, materials for the Maintenance and Overhaul of this item. No telephone requests for solicitation will be accepted. Request for solicitation will be by fax, email or mailed. You may mail your request to Deanna Collins, CCAM-ALM, Bldg 5303, 2nd Floor, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5000; fax number 256-313-8194. Email requests should be sent to: deanna.collins@us.army.mil. Proposals will only be accepted by mail. No datafax or emails will be accepted for proposals. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimate date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
