Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a Firm Fixed price Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-08-G-0010 to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC) for procurement of non- recurring tasks to support incorporation of a Class I Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) the redesign of Lower Anti-Collision Light (ACL) Electromagnetic Interference/Radio Frequency Interference (EMI/RFI) assembly to prevent radio interference. This effort well effect the production and retrofit activities in the MH-60S aircraft. This action is being awarded on a sole source basis to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. SAC alone has the proprietary technical data, experience, equipment, and special skills to furnish the supplies and services within the required timeframe.
