Description
HSFE02-13-R-1106 - Solicitation Document FEMA is authorized to provide disaster assistance to individuals and households for emergencies, major disasters, and Incidents of National Significance in the state of New Jersey. This Statement of Work(SOW) requires interested contractors to support the Direct Housing Operations by providing long-term Maintenance and Deactivation of an estimated 125 temporary housing units (mobile homes, park models, and other types of prefabricated housing as determined by FEMA) in support of the disasters recovery. The Contractor shall resolve maintenance issues and address requirements of the units related to their long term maintenance and deactivation. The Contractor shall have the technical capability to make necessary repairs to the units as specified in each task/work order. The Contractor shall plan, schedule, coordinate, inspect and ensure effective implementation of FEMA Direct Housing Mission by providing technical assistance related to long term maintenance and deactivation of temporary housing units. The SOW describes the effort required to maintain the condition of the temporary housing units and provide for the safety, health and welfare of the occupants. The performance period includes a 6-month base period plus three 6-month option periods. This is 100% set aside for small businesses. The applicable NAICS code is 238990 with a size standard of $14 million. It has been determined that competition will be limited to small businesses residing or primarily doing business in the state of New Jersey per the Robert T. Stafford Act.
