CSBP2 in PDF format. ****UPDATE Jan. 25, 2013**** CSBP2 has been published. This new CRD is effective January 24, 2013, and attached to this notice in Adobe PDF. ************************ The Kansas City Commodity Office (KCCO), Farm Service Agency, U.S. Department of Agriculture is a buyer of domestic origin food commodities for use in various U.S. Government international food aid programs, and from time to time issues solicitations to purchase a variety of commodities. Specifications for commodity purchases are generally published in Commodity Requirements Documents (CRD) available on the Commodity Operations' website. A new CRD has been published to provide commodity specifications for corn soy blend plus (CSBP). The CRD is effective October 24, 2012. These requirements are being provided in this notice for all interested parties. Each solicitation to purchase corn soy blend plus for international food aid programs will clearly identify the requirements document applicable in accordance with FAR 11.201(b). The new CRD for corn soy blend plus (CSBP1) is attached to this notice in Adobe Acrobat reader format, and is available on Commodity Operations' website at http://www.fsa.usda.gov/FSA/webapp?area=home&subject=coop&topic=pas-ex-cr Added: <input type="hidden" name="dnf_class_values[procurement_notice][description][1][added_on]" value="2012-10-25 16:06:10">Oct 25, 2012 4:06 pm Modified: <input type="hidden" name="dnf_class_values[procurement_notice][description][1][modified_on]" value="2013-01-25 11:11:18">Jan 25, 2013 11:11 am Track Changes ***************************************************** A new version of CSBP1, effective October 25, 2012, is being published today to correct two typographical errors in the previous version: -The standard plate count requirement is now indicated to have a 50,000 cfu per g maximum throughout the document -All tri-calcium phosphate references have been made consistent to read "tri-calcium phosphate" and not "tri-calcium phosphate dihydrate". ****************************************************** ****************************************************** A new version of the corn soy blend plus CRD, CSBP2, effective January 24, 2013, is being published today and includes the following changes: -Levels for calcium, phosphorus, and potassium have been adjusted. -Marking requirements have been upated.
