- USAMRAA is looking for a small business with the capability to complete the below protocol. Please forward you capability statement to darrin.flake@us.army.mil by 31 January 2013. For the protocol, quote mark Impact of multi-tasking on decision making and application of force during quick-paced, sustained shoot-don't shoot (SDS) challenges quote mark it is essential that data generated during testing be captured and saved in a data base that relates event outcomes to elapsed time, event type, application of lethal force applied, and latencies to decide and act. A capability should be created so that the timing of events within a SDS vignette are all defined relative to the reference event at the beginning of each vignette.
