Description

In accordance with FAR 17.502-1(a)(2), this office determined that use of the FSS, in particular AIMS, is the best procurement approach to meet VA's schedule, performance and delivery requirements. Further, in accordance with FAR 8.405-3(b)(2)(v), the RFQ shall be provided to as many AIMS 541-D schedule contractors as practicable to ensure receipt of at least three quotes from contractors that can fulfill the requirements. In this case, the RFQ will solicit all SDVOSBs under the AIMS 541-4D schedule. VAAR 852.219-10, Notice of Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Set-aside is applicable.
