- Project Title: Carpet for Hoover Dam Purpose of Amendment: The purpose of this amendment is to provide information from the Pre-proposal Conference, see R13PS30104 Amendment No. 2 issued simultaneously with this announcement. Receipt of Offers: The date for receipt of offers remains 01/25/2013 at 4:00 pm local time. The place for receipt of offers remains the Bureau of Reclamation Lower Colorado Regional Office, Acquisitions and Assistance Management Office, P.O. Box 61470, Boulder City, NV 89006 or for overnight delivery 500 Fir Street, Boulder City, NV 89005 or for electronic delivery chayden@usbr.gov. Acknowledgement: See block 11 on SF 30 regarding how to acknowledge the amendment. The acknowledgement must be received at the place designated for receipt of offers. Modification of Proposal: See block 11 on SF 30 if you have submitted your offer and now desire to modify or withdraw it.
