- Market Survey This is a Sources Sought Notice and is for information purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, QUOTATIONS, OR BIDS. All of the following information is approximate and may be altered in the actual solicitation. Responses to this sources sought announcement will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. DLA Land and Maritime anticipates issuing a solicitation in the near future for approximately 145 EA of NSN 5990-00-926-4324 on Solicitation Number SPM7M213R0023. Item will be purchased I/A/W the following: SYNCHRO, RECEIVER-TRANSMITTER. I/A/W SAE AS20708/56A BASIC AMEND NR A DTD 10/07/06 TYPE NUMBER M20708/56-01B I/A/W SAE AS20708A REFNO AMEND NR A DTD 07/13/11 TYPE NUMBER M20708/56-01B. A QUALIFIED PRODUCTS LIST (QPL) APPLIES. MANUFACTURER PART NUMBERS THAT APPEAR ON QPL AT THE TIME OF AWARD ARE ACCEPTABLE FOR PROCUREMENT. Anticipated delivery location is NEW CUMBERLAND PA 17070-5002. The anticipated packaging requirements are as follows: PKGING DATA - MIL-STD-2073-1D, 15 DEC 1999 QUP = 001: PRES MTHD = 31: CLNG/DRY = 1: PRESV MAT = 00: WRAP MAT = 00: CUSH/DUNN MAT = XX: CUSH/DUNN THKNESS = X: UNIT CONT = E6: OPI = O: INTRMDTE CONT = DO: INTRMDTE CONT QTY = AAA: PACK CODE = U: MARKING SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH MIL-STD-129. SPECIAL MARKING CODE: 00 -. The solicitation is anticipated to require FOB destination and inspection of the supplies and packaging at destination.
