- RFP Attachment 1 - SOW Attachment 2 - Draft DD254 The government contemplates award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the acquisition of Industry Relation Services. The proposed contract includes provisions for Firm Fixed Price services. The contract shall establish prices for the base year, as well as the four (4) option periods. FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (48 CFR Chapter 1) CLAUSES: 52.215-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Competitive Acquisition (JAN 2004) The guaranteed minimum purchase over the life of the contract is $50,000.00 with a potential maximum not to exceed $2,800,000.00. The Contractor will include in the proposal the personnel available to work on the project. Replacement of personnel on the part of the Contractor will be subject to written notification by the Contractor and approval by the Government. Orders may be placed at any time during the performance period of the contract. Any request exceeding the guaranteed minimum may be acquired, contingent upon a continuing need of the government, and the availability of funding. THE GOVERNMENT SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE FROM THE CONTRACTOR ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICES AFTER THE INITIAL GUARANTEED AMOUNT. The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options, shall not exceed 60 months. The exercise of option years is contingent upon a continuing need of the government, and the availability of funding.
