Description

The North Texas Veterans Health Care System (NTVHCS), 4500 S. Lancaster Dallas, TX. The NTVHCS intends to enter into a sole source contract with AGFA Healthcare Corporation to purchase a maintenance agreement for an AGFA Pacs System. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1 (a) (2). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All information shall be furnished at a no cost or obligation to the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses received, will be made entirely at the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Please submit information to Shaundrica Close at Shaundrica.Close@va.gov. All responses must be received no later than January 17, 2013, 12:00 pm local time. The North American Industry Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 811219 with a size standard of $19.0 Million.
