- The National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to BAE Systems National Security Solutions, 10920 Technology Place, San Diego, CA, 92127 for the maintenance renewal of SOCET GXP GeoAnalysis software. BAE Systems National Security Solutions is the sole provider of the SOCET GPX software and maintenance. This requirement is conducted under FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the requirement. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Description of this requirement: SOCET GXP is a geospatial-intelligence software package that uses imagery from satellite and aerial sources to identify, analyze, and extract ground features quickly, allowing for rapid product creation. This maintenance renewal includes upgrades of software releases, technical phone and email support, unlimited training at any GXP training center, and access to the GXP customer portal. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quotes. However, all quotes received within three (3) calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. All contractors are required to register in the System for Acquisition Management (SAM) before award. Information on obtaining registration may be obtained by accessing the following Internet website: http://www.sam.gov. Please submit all responses to Mr. Richard Paul, richard.s.paul2.civ@mail.mil. NGIC will not reimburse any costs incurred for submitting capability responses.
