- Synopsis for Sitework & Dock Repair P roject Number RMO00457 General RMO00457 Sitework & Dock Repair, Overland, MO FSC: Z2AA NAICS: 236220 Size Standard: $33.5 million Contracting Officer: Vickie L. Ford Description of Work The place of performance for this work will be at the Prevedel Federal Complex in Overland, Missouri. Work to be performed under the contract includes, but is not limited to: ABAAS sitework: replacement of deteriorated concrete ramp, handrails, steps and sidewalk sections to comply with ABAAS. Graded to prevent ponding and icing. Loading Dock Repair: Repair of loading dock CMU walls. Cyclical Sitework Improvements: Site improvements and repairs to address ABAAS and deterioration of pavement, curbing, walkways, pavement markings, and signage. Contract Details This is a competitive Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside procurement. Best Value Source Selection Procedures will be utilized to ensure proper contractor selection. That is, technical quality is significantly more important than cost or price. The evaluation criteria will include past performance & experience, key personnel qualifications, and schedule. Estimated Construction Range: Between $100,000 to $250,000. Duration of project is 60 calendar days. Work will be performed at 1655 Woodson Rd, Overland, MO 63114 and 9700 Page Ave, Overland, MO 63132. All potential offerors are required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov and complete all applicable modules. The solicitation is expected to be posted to FBO on January 28, 2013. A pre-proposal conference will be held and the date and time will be set in the solicitation.
