- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Otisville, NY intends to issue solicitation RFQP02111300010, for the acquisition of 1,200 pairs of mens boots for delivery to the United States Penitentiary, Waymart, PA. This acquisition is set aside for small business. Terms are FOB Destination with delivery during the month of February 2013. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The solicitation will be made available on or about December 31, 2012 and will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website: www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is January 17, 2013. Payment will be made using the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
