- SPE600-13-R-0403 Installation Data Sheet Attachment V Attachment IV Attachment III Attachment II Attachment I Electricity and ancillary services, for ultimate transfer to Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory located in Illinois (PJM) - 802,762,548 kWh. No award will be made to an offeror who at the time of award is not on the state Illinois approved list of retail electric providers (REP's) in which an award is to be made. The Government is soliciting offers for a 36-month delivery period (meter read date beginning January 2014 through meter read date ending December 2016. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement and the document, constitute the only solicitation. The solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP) and has incorporated provisions and clauses as in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-40. Additional requirements may be added by Amendment. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. The RFP is available through FedBizOpps.gov website as "Fermi 2013."
