THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Huntington VA Medical Center located at 1540 Spring Valley Drive, Huntington, WV 25704 is seeking qualified sources to furnish all supervision, labor, equipment and supplies necessary to rent/lease and clean approximately 50 gray mats of various sizes on a bi-weekly (every two (2) weeks) basis within the main hospital and outlying building entranceways. Contractor will be required to pick up "old rental matting" and "install" new rental matting. The purpose of this notice is to perform market research in order to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZONE, 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Business, Woman-Owned, Small Business, or Large Business) relative to NAICS 812332. The small business size standard is $35.5 Million. Interested companies should submit an email to katrina.cruz@va.gov outlining their company's capability. Companies should provide their business size status in accordance with the small business administration website (www.sba.gov) for the referenced NAICS. Responses to this notice should also include the following: Offeror's Name, DUNS, Address, Point of Contact, Title, Phone Number, and E-Mail address. All e-mails must be received no later than 4:00PM EST on January 4, 2013. No phone calls or facsimile will be accepted. All interested parties are reminded they must be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov), to include their Representations and Certifications in order to be eligible for award of Government contracts. SDVOSB or VOSB offerors interested in submitting a quote, if it is formally advertised, must be registered and verified in the VetBiz Registry (www.vip.vetbiz.gov).
