- FOR MORE INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT: Larran Frasier 443-395-7005 larran.w.frasier.ctr@mail.mil The U.S. Government has anticipated requirements for a Secure Communication Information System. The system should be deployable and module-based, sizeable to the magnitude of the deployed echelon's level, able to support the specific requirements of staff areas, collaborative work and assure classified data exchange requirements both with US coalition partners. The purpose of this Market Research is to identify interested sources that can provide/manufacture and deliver a Secure Communication Information System consisting of the following components: COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT Equipment Total Red Router + Call Manager + PoE12 Black router + Call Manager + PoE23 Switch 48 port, PoE14 Switch 24 port, PoE22 Switch Unified Fabric24 Firewall + IDS/IPS37 Broadband Ethernet Radio*11 VSAT HUB0 VSAT8 Multiband HighCapacity Data Radio*8 Multiband Networking Manpack (TACSAT)*11 Type I Multiband Multimission Handheld*16 Advanced HF-VHF tactical radio system*11 Tactical Network Access Hub*8 Crypto IP*12 IP Phone MS *74 IP Phone MU*26 DATA SERVICES - HARDWARE EQUIPMENTS Server (2xCPU, 128 GB DDR3-1600-MHz, 500 GB HDD)69 Storage Area Network (SAN) 12 VTC terminal12 UPS45 Transit Case 4U92 Transit Case 10 U35 PCoIP workstation*74 Monitor 17''74 Rugged Laptop37 Printer14 Scanner14 Videowall3 Tape drive Back-up 11 Transit Case for Videowall2 Transit Case for Multipurpose utility62 Transit Case for Printer13 Multifunction printer11 Multifunction printer transit case11 Transit Case for laptop37 Installation material kit47 DATA SERVICES - SOFTWARE LICENSES Microsoft Windows 2008 Server Enterprise Edition57 Microsoft Windows 2008 Server Standard Edition47 Windows OEM Operating System 111 Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise Edition11 Microsoft SharePoint Server Enterprise Edition12 Microsoft Exchange 2007 Server Enterprise Edition12 Microsoft Forefront Threat Management Gateway12 Virtualisation Software*12 Antivirus Server23 Antivirus for Microsoft Exchange *12 System Management Server (SMS)12 Network Management Server (NMS)12 Backup Server12 C2 software package for Batalion level (implemented standards NFFI, MIP-DEM, AdatP-3, IEG) *3 MMHS Server 3 MMHS Client 34 Microsoft Office 2007111 Windows CAL per device129 SQL CAL per device74 SharePoint CAL per device74 Exchange CAL per device74 The components of the Secure Communication system (CIS) must be fully interoperable with fielded elements so that full integration and system-level functionality can be achieved. Also, the system must be interoperable and capable of integrating with systems used in Theatre. Encryption algorithms incorporated into radio stations must be identical/ interoperable with Type I and frequency hopping algorithms. Radios must use specific encryption algorithms and frequency hopping (RF-7800W, RF-7800N, AN-PRC 117 g Type I, AN-PRC 152, AN PRC 150, RF-6010). The Deployable CIS will serve existing national troops deployed and will be able to interconnect with other US and NATO deployed CIS systems. Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) and Price and Availability must be provided with responses. Responses are required by 10 January 2013, and must include documented capability to manufacture and deliver a Secure Communications Information System meeting the aforementioned requirements. It is anticipated that any Delivery Orders (DOs) that are issued will require initial deliveries within 75 days After Receipt of an Order.
