- Delineated Area Map REQUIREMENT: The United States Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency, currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Washington County, Washington, Pennsylvania. The Government is interested in leasing approximately, 1,744 to 3,200 contiguous rentable square feet of Class A office space together with 17, on-site, paved parking spaces. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 1,744 usable square feet (USF). DELINEATED AREA: North: Interstate 79 to Klinger Road, to Papp Road, to Bishop Road, connecting to Muse Road, to O'Hare Road, to Chartiers Run Road, to Main Street into Huston where Route 519 connects to the Western border in Huston, West: Route 519, to McConnells Mills Road, McConnells Mills Road to Old Hickory Ridge Road, to Ryburn Road, to Gretna Road, to Route 18, to Mulberry Hill Road, to Lynn Portal Road, to Taggart Road to Wotring Road, to Lynwood Road, to Rout 844, to Smiley Road to Rural Valley Road, South: Route 221, to Jolly School Road, to Logonda Road, to Vankirk Ridge Road to Route 19, to Weaver Run Road, to Lone Pine road, East: Brush Run Road to Route 519 to Interstate 79. TERM: The term of the lease will be 10 years. OCCUPANCY: Space should be ready for occupancy within twelve (12) months of lease award. OTHER: Submission by other than the owner of manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter for ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of the owner. 1.
