Description

Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing items, and furnish labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform work for project 538-13-102, entitled Rehab Basement Building 35 at Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio, as required by drawings and specifications. The work includes, but is not limited to, architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Work to be completed within 485 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Plans, specifications and drawings will be available on line on or about November 21, 2012. Estimated cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. A pre-bid conference will be held Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. (local time) in Building 1, Room 121, at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, Ohio; all prospective contractors, subcontractors and suppliers are urged to attend. This will be the only site visit scheduled for this project. Bid Opening is scheduled for Friday, January 4, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. (local time). This project is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. NAICS Code 236220
