CANCELLATION NOTICE: PreSolicitation Notice ---S209- This is a presolicitation notice submitted by the Network Contracting Office 9 located in Murfreesboro, TN for the procurement of mat rental and cleaning service. Place of performance will be Huntington VA Medical Center 1540 Spring Valley Dr. Huntington, WV 25704. Period of performance is to begin January 2013. The Huntington VAMC has requested that this be set up on a base year with the opportunity for an additional (4) one year options. Total contract can't exceed a total of 5 years.
