- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. Synopsis will be follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-13-T-0009 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 21 Dec 2012. In accordance with FAR Subpart 5.202(12). THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN, OKINAWA PREFECTURE. Required Items and Descriptions are as follows: Item 0001: Coordinator of Religious Education (CRE) Protestant, Camp Foster, see attached Statement of Work for task details. Item 1001: Option Year I Item 2001: Option Year II The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the government considering price and other factors. The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in SAM in accordance with FAR 52.204-10 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. Solicitation will be available on or after 21 Dec 2012. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when it is released it will be available electronically at the following websites https://www.neco.navy.mil and or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M67400-13-T-0009. The solicitation also will be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Offers can be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed to the Contracting Office, U.S. Marine Corps RCO, MCB CMP S.D. BUTLER, PSC 557 BOX 2000, FPO AP 96379-2000. Offers must be received no later than 16:00, Japanese Standard Time of solicitation closing date.
