Description: The FLCN, Norfolk Office, is seeking information on Small Business sources that can provide integrated logistics support services for Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Midwest, Crane, IN. (Large Businesses do not respond please). NAVFAC Midwest Public Works Department, Crane Indiana ™s mission includes equipment Maintenance and Repair Operations (MRO) of non-real property, real property facilities, utilities, automobiles, medium and heavy trucks, industrial equipment, material handling equipment, railroad equipment, boiler operations and construction support according to the timeline specified herein. The contractor shall furnish all necessary materials, supplies, equipment and related logistical services to support the mission of NAVFAC Midwest Public Works Department, Crane Indiana. The integrated supply service is comprised of material support, inventory control, receipt, inspection, warehousing, delivery and billing services. The Contractor shall also be required to supply specialty items for specialty equipment. The Contractor shall maintain and perform in two Contractor Operated Parts Stores (COPARS) enabling authorized personnel to acquire quality materials, tools, equipment, parts, supplies, etc. with minimal effort. For the purposes of Small Businesses, the NAICS Code is 561210, Facilities Support Services, and the Size Standard is $35.5M. Your response shall include the following information and can be submitted in your own format: Size of company, i.e., 8(a), WOSB, SB, Veteran, all others, number of employees, revenue for the past 3 years, relevant past performance on same/similar work dating back 5 years and your company's capability to perform the type of work. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition as specified in the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Standard company brochures will not be reviewed. Submissions are not to exceed two (2) standard size typewritten pages. Also, please indicate if your company can be a prime contractor for this effort or, if not, whether your company can be a subcontractor. A draft PWS, draft Attachment 1, and a draft Shop Store Inventory List for two buildings, Attachment 2, are posted in this notice for your reference.
