- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation, Acquisition Operations Group, Denver, Colorado, intends to award on a single-source basis to Lyris Technolgies Inc., 6401 Hollis St, Suite 125, Emeryville, Ca 94608-2007. The requirement is for one (1) annual license of Lyris Listmanager to run for 12 months. Competition is restricted to only one source per FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This procurement will be awarded using FAR Part 12 Commercial Item procedures with an intended period of performance of 12 months. Anticipated award date is January 4, 2013. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal by 3:30pm MST, January 5, 2013, which shall be considered by the agency.
