- Description of Services The Air Education and Training Command (AETC), Contracting Squadron, LGCI is seeking sources to provide health care insurance for Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) international military students (IMS), country liaison officers (CLO), military training instructors (MTI) and their dependants while assigned for periods longer than 60 days for training. Please see attached "Draft Description of Services" for specific requirements. This REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) is being issued to help determine the availability of qualified companies technically capable of meeting the Government requirement. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP), NOR IS IT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the requesting party to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as proposals nor quotes. No award will be made as a result of this RFI. The Government will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this RFI. This FedBizOps sources sought notice is strictly for market research. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e) RFIs may be used when the Government does not presently intend to award a contract, but wants to obtain price, delivery, other market information, or capabilities for planning purposes. Responses to these notices are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. However, for market research purposes "Only" the Government is requesting that interested sources provide the following information: •1. Technical capability to meet the requirements in the "Draft Description of Services". •2. Any industry standard market information for the required services. •3. A Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) pricing for one year of insurance coverage for an individual and also for a family. Note: This is not an official quote and no award will be made based on the ROM. Acknowledgment of receipt of response to this RFI will not be made, nor will respondents be notified of Government's evaluation of the information received. As a result of this RFI, the Government may issue a RFP; however, should such requirements materialize, no basis for claims against the Government shall arise as a result of a response to the RFI (e.g. use of such information as either part of its evaluation process or in developing specifications for any subsequent requirement). All respondents are requested to identify their firm's size and type of business (e.g large business, small business, service disabled, HUB zone, 8(a), etc.) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 524114, size standard $7.0M. The source should be capable of: Providing all the medical coveragerequirements as described in the attached "Draft Description of Services". Respondents should be aware that it will be the responsibility for each offeror to submit their capabilities statement, communicating their ability to meet the above mentioned request.
