- The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quote for a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a base and four (4) option years, for a scientific note taker for the Trinity River Restoration Program at the Northern California Area Office in Weaverville, CA. This acquisition has been set aside for small businesses. The NAICS Code is: 541690, the related size standard is $14 million. Solicitation R13PS200037 will be posted on http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about December 21, 2012. The due date for the quotes will be January 11, 2013 at 11am., which can be found in block 8 of the SF 1449. All quotations shall be submitted via e-mail to dmannel@usbr.gov No quotations shall be accepted via IDEAS-EC. The solicitation shall be downloaded at the above website; no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for award.
