Description
The Northern Atlantic Regional Contracting office, (Womack Army Medical Center) at Fort Bragg, NC., is seeking sources in order to determine socio-economic competition. These sources will be used to determine which economic group will be solicited, negotiated and awarded a contract to in support of the Army Reserve Command. The NAICS code will be 541990 (All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services). The place of performance is located in GA, not Fort Bragg, NC. The proposed performance start date will be on or about March 2013. The Solicitation number is W91YTZ-13-R-0040, and will be posted on the FedBiz Opps website at http://www/fedbizopps.gov The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items, and non-personal services necessary to perform the task defined in the Performance Work Statements (PWS). The Army Medical Department (AMEDD) Professional Management Command - Credentialing Division (APMC-CD), formerly Army Reserve Clinical Credentialing Affairs - ARCCA), provides centralized healthcare credentialing and privileging support to the healthcare providers in the United States. The APMC-CD is responsible for ensuring the U.S. Army Reserve Clinical force is appropriately credentialed in an efficient, cost effective manner to facilitate privileging for mobilization and training and enhances the readiness of the U.S. Army Reserve. Work will be in support of the PWS and shall be primarily located and performed in Georgia. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed Price (FFP) contract. The contractor shall maintain and manage PCF for all designated privilege and non-privileged providers IAW AR 40-68, Clinical Quality Management Requirements. The contractor shall create, manage, and maintain PCFs for all Army Reserve Licensed Practical Nurse (Military occupational Specialty (MOS) 68C) effective 1 October 2013. The contractor shall store and maintain credentialing files as outlined in AR 40-68, be maintained in an ICTB ready state at all times. ICTB ready is defined as a PCF containing all required documents in a current valid status. The requirement is to set up a credentialing department with the contractor providing all personnel, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services necessary to perform the task. Credentialing knowledge means the contractor understands the process of obtaining medical documentation and maintaining those documents in a current status in accordance with (IAW) Army Regulation (AR) 40-68. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing personnel with credentialing expertise as follows: Program Manager(s) Project Lead(s) Subject Matter Expert(s) Senior Information Technology Specialist Information Technology Specialist(s) Technical Writers / Content Managers Management Analyst(s) Administrative Assistant(s) At the time the solicitation is issued, the contractor shall have completed, and in receipt of the Facilities Clearance, DD Form 254 IAW DoD Directive 5220.22-M (National Industrial Security Program Operations Manual (NISPOM) for safeguarding Classified Information, and any revisions, thereto, as well as the Industrial Security Regulation DoD 5220.22-R. The contractor shall submit completed security documents with the solicitation. If your company is interested in competiting for this project, all questions below shall be responded to.
