- Description
- There is a need to establish a requirements contract for the resurfacing of brake shoes for vehicles located at Camp Shelby, MS located near Hattiesburg, MS. Intent is for a base year contract with two option years. Anticipated quantity is 1,900 per year. Vendor will be required to pick up and deliver brake shoes from Camp Shelby within ten (10) days of issuance of delivery orders. The maximum weekly order shall be 140 shoes per week not to exceed the 1,900 per year. Period of performance will be the effective date of the base year of the contract for one year. There will be a COR appointed to this contract and that individual shall be responsible for inspection and approval of each delivered order.
