- The work to be completed includes activities that support DTE training, education, compliance assistance, whistleblower assistance and outreach programs; development and implementation of technology-based training; traditional classroom training; management development training; compliance assistance and outreach materials; database management; hosting OSHA’s web-based courses; learning management system integration and learning content management system integration; and complementary resources. In addition, the contractor will develop reports, case studies and success stories that address existing and emerging issues in the areas of training, education, and outreach and compliance assistance. Classroom instruction, meeting management support and/or facilitation services will also be required. Successful Contractor(s) are expected to have a systematic process for development of curriculum and is expected to follow DTE’s internal processes for course development and delivery. A single-award or multiple-award GSA Blanket Purchase Agreement is being contemplated.
