Description: Notice of Intent to Sole Source for IW Planning Tool. The purpose of this procurement is to provide time critical sustainment and systems engineering support for continued engineering and maintenance of the Integrated Waveform Planning Tool JIST Component (IW PTJC) and the Integrated Waveform Planning Tool Satellite Access Controller (SAC) III Component (IW PTSC), which together are the planning tool sub-system of the Integrated Waveform (IW) system that is currently deployed within the Ultra High Frequency (UHF) Satellite Communications (SATCOM) systems.
