- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY! THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. It is a market research tool being used to determine potential and eligible sources that are capable of providing the services described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Proposal. The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Jackson, SC is seeking potential sources that can provide a lightweight, compact, and secure communications package that provides voice, data, and video communications for high-profile users. The communication package being sought must meet the following specifications and capabilities. Request sources to submit a detailed capabilities statement package demonstrating their ability to deliver a mobile, secure communications package that provides red and black voice, data, and video for high-profile users. The documentation must address, at a minimum, the following: 1. Specifications detailing that the system has a small, low profile design. 2. Technical specifications that show the system is able to provide either a tunneled or a quote mark colorless core quote mark architecture with access to classified and unclassified Department of Defense (DoD) networks, such as Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) and Non-classified Internet Protocol (IP) Router Network (NIPRNet). 2. The system must use equipment that is on the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Approved Product List (APL). 3. Should have an Authority to Operate (ATO) on the Department of Defense Network, or any Service Agencies network. 4. Should be compatible with High Assurance Internet Protocol Encryptor Interoperability Specification (HAIPE) certified encryption devices (KG-175D, KG-250X, etc) 5. Should be able to connect through Satellite Broadband Global Area Network (BGAN), Wireless (3G/4G, Wi-Fi), and wired Ethernet connections. 6. Ensure photos of the product are included with the capability statement brochure. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: If you feel your firm possesses the ability to provide the software application and applicable services, you must respond by demonstrating your firm's current software application capabilities and technical capability to meet the requirements. Detailed capabilities must be submitted to the email address provided below no later than 27 December 2012; 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time (EST).
