Contractor shall provide 24 hour, seven day per week Special Mode (Wheelchair) Transportation Services for beneficiaries of the Memphis VA Medical Center, 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Tennessee 38104. Performance period shall be from the Date of Award through September 30, 2013 with three optional renewal periods of one (1) year each at the Government's discretion. The NAICS Code is 485991. Size Standard is $7 million. This will be 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The solicitation package will be available on or about December 31, 2012. Offer due date and time for proposal is included in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered with SAM.gov (System for Award Management).
