Procurement Summary U.S. GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION HOMESTEAD, FL REQUIREMENT: The U. S. Government currently occupies 21,356 rentable square feet of office and related space and 90 surface parking spaces in Homestead, Florida under a lease that will expire on March 31, 2013. GSA plans to negotiate a succeeding lease for a term of ten (10) years with five (5) years firm, unless there is an alternate location of equal size and quality, at an economic advantage to the Government, including all tenant improvement costs (estimated at $752,330.78). Alternate locations must also include all costs associated with the physical relocation costs as well as the cost to move data and telecommunications lines. LOCATION: Space must be located within the following delineated area: North: SW 216 Street / Hainlin Mill Drive South: Florida Bay East: Biscayne Bay West: Everglades National Park REQUIRED: A minimum of 18,291 ANSI BOMA Office Area square feet of office space. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The lease term will be 10 years (4/01/2013 to 3/31/2023), with 5 years firm. Occupancy is desired no later than April 1, 2013. OWNERS AND AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office in writing via email or US Mail by December 24, 2012 4:00pm EST. Owners and Exclusive Agents only. Anyone else must provide a letter of authorization from the building owner.
