- Request for Quote for a One-Time Buy for FSC 8465 Lumenyte Part Number T-SS-SIMS-1-BP, or Equal. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for a One-Time Buy for FSC 8465 Lumenyte Part Number T-SS-SIMS-1-BP, or Equal. Please see the RFQ for the complete requirements. Offerors must meet the conditions, specifications and requirements outlined in the RFQ. Please read the attached RFQ thoroughly, and complete it in its entirety before submitting it back via e-mail to joshua.walker@gsa.gov before the stated closing date and time. Please note evaluation factor as lowest price technically acceptability (see evaluation criteria in RFQ). FOB Destination New Cumberland, PA 17070. Award will be made on an item-by-item basis (M-FSS-301-A). As this is brand name or equal solicitation, please include detailed information for any alternative product that clearly illustrates how the offered product meets each salient characteristic shown on pages 4 and 5. If documentation does not clearly and concisely demonstrate that the offered item meets or exceeds each characteristic, that offer will be rejected.
