- AMENDED SOLICITATION - W91YTZ-12-T-0250 The purpose of this Modification/Amendment is to remove the small business set-aside and make this a "FULL AND OPEN" solicitation. Those offerors that responded to the original solicitation DO NOT have to respond to this readvertisement. Those offers will remain valid and still be considered. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a "Request for Quotation" and is NOT set-aside for small business. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60. This is a "Brand Name or Equal" requirement in accordance with FAR 52.211-6. The evaluation process to be used is "Lowest Price Technically Acceptable" in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. This is an "Open Market" requirement. The Government intends to award one firm-fixed-price "Purchase Order" as result of this solicitation. If an offeror submits a quotation based upon an FSS or GWAC contract, the Government will accept the quoted price. However, the terms and conditions stated herein take precedence in any resultant Purchase Order, not the terms and conditions of the offeror's FSS or GWAC Contract. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339114, with a small business size standard of 500. The North Atlantic Regional Contracting Office, North is seeking to purchase the MEDTRONIC Fusion Navigation System. All interested companies are asked to provide a quotation/offer for the items listed in this solicitation. The "Place of Performance" identified below is not where the products of this solicitation are to be delivered.
