MS Army National Guard intends to issue a solicitation for Electrical Supplies to support Ranges 43A and 43C at Camp Shelby, MS. The solicitation will be for a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Electrical Supplies that will result in Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This solicitation will incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-63. This requirement is set aside for Small Business. All potential sources shall be registered in the Sams, https://sam.gov/portal/publis/sam in order to be considered eligible for award. The NAICS code is 423610. The business size is 100 employees. The solicitation will be made available on or about 2 January 2013. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.5 and 5.102 therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing to obtain an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: http://www.FedBizOpps.gov. Solicitation W9127Q-13-R-0001, will be issued on or around 2 January 2013 and Proposals for this solicitation will be due on or about 1 February 2013. The award of this solicitation is projected to be on 8 February 2013. The intent is to make one award to the business capable of providing these services. Offers shall be submitted either by mail to USPFO, P&C; Attn. SFC Angela Duren; 144 Military Drive, Jackson, MS 39232 or by e-mail to angela.d.duren.mil@mail.mil. Questions may also be directed to SFC Angela Duren in writing only to the above mentioned e-mail address. All questions must be submitted by 25 January 2013. Any questions recieved after 25 Janaury 2013, will not recieve a response. Requests for a copy of the solicitation will not recieve a response. It is the responsibilty of the interested parties to review this site frequently for the posting of the solicitation and any updates/amendments to this solicitation.
