- Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC)-Ann Arbor Healthcare System, is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Courier Service within the Detroit/Ann Arbor area for Transporting Laboratory Products for the period Date of Award through January 20, 2014 with four (4) years in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation, NAICS Code 492110, size standard is 1500 employees. The Contractor shall furnish round trip transportation and services necessary to transport blood and blood products to and from the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System and various Medical Facilities within the Ann Arbor, Mi and Detroit, Mi area. Offerors failing to meet this requirement will not be considered for award. Offers are due no later than 3:00 PM (EST) on January 9, 2013.
