Description

NSN: 2540-20-005-6564 - Armor, Supplemental, being bought in accordance with Armatec Survivability Corp. / L0782 (Canada) with P/N: AC86503-34. Based on market research this item is not commercial and will be solicited using FAR Part 15. The required quantity is 18 each to be shipped to (SW3121) Albany, GA ZIP CODE 31704-1128. FOB Origin and inspection acceptance at Origin is required. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 01/07/2013. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, per provisions (52.215-9C09, 52.211-9051, and 52.215-9022). The required delivery is 170 days. Best commercial packaging is acceptable. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars.
