- Attachment 2 - Evaluation Criteria Attachment 1 - Statement of Work COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP); solicitation number is H92240-13-T-SR03. A Firm Fixed Price contract is contemplated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-63 effective 10 December 2012. North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) 611699 with a Standard Business Size of $10.0 million applies to this procurement. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for Small Business Concerns. DESCRIPTION: CYBER SECURITY TRAINING Cyber Security Training shall be conducted twice throughout Fiscal year 13 during second and third quarter, as stated in the attached Statement of Work. Contractor must be flexible in providing training upon Government request for a total of 10 students per each course for a total of 20 personnel per year. The course of instructions shall be for a period of three days each time the instruction is given. Scope: The primary purpose of this effort is to provide a total of twenty personnel per year with valuable skill sets that significantly increase their ability to protect sensitive information.
