Description

Notice of Intent is to award a sole source contract modification. In accordance with authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 6.302-1 (only one source) the Federal Acquisition Regulations 6.302-1 (only one source) the FEMA, Office of Chief Procurement Officer, Washington, DC intends to contract with Computer Sciences Corporation,3160 Fairview Park, Drive, Falls Church, VA 22042-4516, on a sole source basis for information technology support services for the National Flood Insurance Program. Pricing for this option period was not obtained during the solicitation and has been evaluated by comparison to the negotiated rates in the contract for this option period. Current option period three pricing will be utilized during the one year extension period, to be exercised as a six month period, with two three month optional periods. The six month period of performance will be from December 27, 2012 through June 26, 2013. The contractor must furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials, and related services for coordination and operation of the NFIP legacy systems and services.
