- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This will be a firm fixed price type contract. Contractor shall provide lodging, meals, parking, and conference facilities with audio visual equipment for 180 participants and 65 children in accordance with the Statement of Work. Participants of the 9th MSC will be attending the Yellow Ribbon Re-Integration Program Phase 5 (Det 1/2) to be held on Guam 23-24 February 2013. The issue date for this solicitation is on 12/12/2012 and response for actual quote due on 12/19/2012 at 10:00am HI Time. Issued solicitation package will be posted at the Army Single-Face to Industry (ASFI) website, https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ (go to Contracting Opportunities Search, Select Contracting Office: ACA Fort Shafter, then clik on Continue button). Interested offerors are required to download the solicitation and any subsequent amendments from this website. Once posted on the website, interested offerors are responsible for monitoring the website until the closing date for any issued amendments or changes.
