- This pre-solicitation notice is for 104 double non-smoking rooms. LOCATION: Fort Lauderdale, FL within 15 miles of Fort Lauderdale airport. Lunch meals, Audio visual, free shuttle and meeting rooms will also be required. The pending solicitation number will be W911S1-13-T-0038. This is not a solicitation for Event Planning Services. For a proposal submitted by an offeror that is not a hotel, the offeror must describe in its proposal the technical approach for the offeror's services as a prime contractor and submit a complete technical proposal for evaluation purposes. Again, this is not a solicitation for Event Planning Services. The pending award will be a Fixed Price Contract with a period of performance of 03 JAN THROUGH 06 JAN 2013. This acquisition is TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 721110, size standard of $30.0 Million. All representations and certifications to include provision of Dun & Bradstreet number are to be returned with the quote. Dun and Bradstreet information can be found by calling (800)-333-0505. A contractor that is receiving an award resulting from this request for quotation must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to request for payment. To register, offerors may log onto: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The solicitation will be posted on or around 14 DEC 2012 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-45.
