- ***PLEASE SEE LIVE QUESTION AND ANSWERS DOCUMENT*** ***PLEASE SEE REVISED STATEMENT OF WORK*** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes are being requested via this synopsis and a written solicitation will not be issued. Requisition Number W81EWF23204177 is being issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) with intent to award as a simplified acquisition. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business under NAICS 333924 with employees not to exceed 750. The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Vicksburg, MS, Geotechnical and Structures Laboratory has a requirement for the following: The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) needs to purchase a semi truck that must be delivered to the Engineer Research and Development Center, Vicksburg, MS. Please see the attached REVISED Statement of Work. Please provide quote as follows: CLIN 0001 - Description: Semi Truck, Quantity: 1, Unit: Lump Sum, Total Price: $____________ CLIN 0002 - Description: Shipping, Quantity: 1, Unit: Lump Sum, Total Price: $____________ In accordance with 52.212-2 Award shall be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is determined to be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Offerors shall submit technical data on the items quoted. FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Award shall be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is determined to be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Offerors must include a completed copy of FAR Provision 52.212-3 Alt I, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, with its offer. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
