- THIS IS A TOTAL 100% SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) SET ASIDE PROCUREMENT **THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED ON THE ECMS VENDOR PORTAL ONLY AND VENDORS MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE ECMS VENDOR PORTAL TO RECEIVE ALL THE DOCUMENTATION, NO HARD COPIES WILL BE PROVIDED*** The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 1, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a single firm fixed price contract to construct a new Pharmacy at the VA Medical Center, 718 Smyth Road, Manchester, NH. Work includes renovation up to 4000sf for use as the outpatient pharmacy. The RFP solicitation with pertinent documents will be published to the ECMS Vendor portal on or about January 18, 2013. All respondents must be registered in the ECMS vendor portal in order to receive the RFP solicitation and pertinent documents. A guide is attached to this posting to assist vendors in registering within the ECMS vendor portal. All Respondents must also be registered in the SAM data base at (https://www.sam.gov) and be verified as an eligible SDVOSB by the VA Center for Veterans Enterprise at the time of submission of an offer and also at the time of award. The website to register is (http://www.vetbiz.gov). Vendors must also complete the online representations and certifications at (http://orca.bpn.gov). Amendments to the solicitation will also be posted on the ECMS Vendor portal and all parties must obtain copies of the amendments thru this website. Hard copies of any documents will not be mailed. All questions must be submitted in writing to leanne.daniels@va.gov. No telephone requests will be accepted. A site visit will be announced in the solicitation documents. The date and time for receipt of offers will be announced in the solicitation documents. Electronic proposals will only be accepted. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 with a size standard of $33.5 million Cost range is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00
