- PWS dated 10 December 2012 with the shredding size adjusted to 1/8' from 1/32' 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This acquisition is a full and open competition open to all business concerns in the applicable NAICS code. The applicable NAICS code is 561990 and the size standard $7 million. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) F4D4A12250A001. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-61, and DFARS Change Notice 20120906. 2.The contract will be Firm Fixed Price with the following structure: CLIN 0001 30 MDG Shredding Services, Base Year CLIN 1001 30 MDG Shredding Services, Option Year 1 CLIN 2001 30 MDG Shredding Services, Option Year 2 CLIN 3001 30 MDG Shredding Services, Option Year 3 CLIN 4001 30 MDG Shredding Services, Option Year 4 3.The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.204-9, Personal Identity Verification of Contractor Personnel.
